Parent Requirements

At least one parent should be a practicing Catholic who is committed to raising the child in the Catholic faith, and both parents should support the growth of faith within the family home. Ideally, families who request that their child be Baptized at St. Martha or St. Mary Parish should be registered parishioners of that church. Parish Registration Form
