Theology on Tap’ offers young adults in their 20’s & 30’s an opportunity to gather in an informal setting to reflect upon pertinent aspects of faith with engaging speakers and an ‘open session’ for comments, questions and shared personal reflection. We offered a three-week series of ‘Theology on Tap’ during the summer of 2015 that was enthusiastically received. We have had many requests from participants in those sessions to re-activate ‘Theology on Tap’ locally. We are pleased to announce that a kick-off of a reactivated ‘Theology on Tap’ will take place on
Sunday evening, March 19th from 6:30-8:00 at the Eagle Brook Saloon on Route 1A on the Wrentham-Norfolk line. The topic for this session will be ‘Balancing the Basics’ as a panel of single and married young adults will share their challenge of balancing the ‘basics’ of career, relationships and faith in their daily lives. The session will take place in the large upstairs room at the Eagle Brook with free pizza and salad graciously donated by the Eagle Brook Saloon. Beverages of choice will be available for purchase. Fr Tom Olson, who coordinated a very successful ‘Theology on Tap’ program in Brighton will be the moderator for the evening. All young adults in their 20’s and 30’s are welcome and encouraged to join us.
