The Fair Committee is gearing up for this year's fair to be held on Friday 11/3 and Saturday 11/4. We once again rely on your generosity to make the fair a success. A few of the items we will be in need of for the fair: Gift cards, Kohl's cash and any unwanted new gifts can be re-gifted to the church. Also as you clean out your homes, please set aside unwanted household items and toys (in good condition) for donation to Claire's Corner. Please no clothing, bedding or stuffed animals. Please do not drop off Claire's Corner items yet. Keep an eye on the bulletin for drop off dates.
The Fair Committee members will be requesting gift certificates donated by parishioners. Request cards will be placed by church exits on Sept 2 - Sept 10; please take one or two and return gift cards in collection baskets. These gift cards enable us to purchase the bulk of the basket, craft and kitchen supplies needed for the fair. Please return gift cards to the church by September 17.
The Fair Members meet on Wednesday evenings in St Martha church basement from 5:30-7:30. Please stop by to lend a hand. If you would like to help with the fair but are unable to come to meetings at night, we need several people to make phone calls to local businesses during the day.
