Faith Formation Registration extended to Wednesday July 3rd with NO LATE FEES! REGISTER NOW!

This year’s online Faith Formation Registration is now complete! 

Thank you to all the families who completed your registration by our June 30 ^th deadline!
If you were unable to complete your registration, you can visit our web site at www.pwc.church/faith-formation to complete the LATE Registration.  Late fees apply and space is limited so please register as soon as possible. 
 
*First Grade Registration will be open through September.  If your child was not baptized in our parish, registration will be complete when we receive a copy of your child’s baptism certificate.
 
*New Parishioners must register in the parish before we can register your children.  New parishioner registration can be found at www.pwc.church/register-at-our-collaborative. Once completed, please register your children online.  Late fees will be refunded and we will do our best to accommodate your children!  Welcome to our collaborative!
