We are excited to bring back our Youth Mission Retreat after three long years. We will be returning to the Dumaine House in Jacksonville, VT for a week of community service. This type of retreat has been a highlight of all the Catholics in Action (CIA) activities in recent years. There will be opportunities for fundraising for this trip. After all fundraising is complete you will receive an email with your final balance due towards this trip.
July 18th to 22nd the Catholics in Action Youth Group will return to the Dumaine House in Jacksonville Vermont for a week of community service in the first Mission Retreat we have had in 3 years. All St. Mary and St. Martha current high school students are welcome to register. This type of retreat has been a highlight of all the "CIA" activities in recent years and we are thrilled to be able to provide this opportunity again this summer.
The cost for the trip will be $425, of which a $100 deposit is required at registration by May 8th. The final balance due will be determined later pending the success of the fundraising activities to be announced soon, but please plan for the full $425 just in case.
There will be an Eco-Friendly fundraiser in May , we will be collecting gently used items: clothes, shoes ,household textiles such as curtains, towels, comforters, sheets, blankets, etc., and books.
