Baptism preparation class for both Parishes

Parents and Godparents must attend a preparation class prior to the Baptism ceremony.

The classes are held on the first Sunday of each month at 11:00 am in the conference room in St. Mary's Rectory. This class is for parents and Godparents of children being baptized at either St. Mary Parish or St. Martha Parish.

Families are invited to attend the 9:30 am Mass prior to the class or stay afterward to attend the 12:00 noon Mass.

The purpose of the class is to gain a fuller appreciation of the Sacrament of Baptism, to review the ceremony process, and to discuss what it means to raise a child in the Catholic faith.
