Sunday, December 15, 2024Bambinelli SundayOn Sunday, December 15th, we celebrate the Blessing of the Bambinelli, a tradition given to us by Pope St. John Paul II. The full tradition includes placing a piece of straw in your creche for each sacrifice and good deed during Advent to make Jesus more comfortable upon his arrival. Bring your Jesus figurines to Mass on Bambinelli Sunday, 12/14 & 12/15, for a blessing and place Him in the comfort of your manger on Christmas Day.
